Marketing Tips:

Everyone asks about the marketing so here are 5 proven tips that will help bring in the money:

1:  Offer something free, i.e. free gift, free discount, free shipping anything to bring the
     customer in.

2:  Backlinking - brings your website higher on the Search engines i.e. Google. What's
     involved - just adding your link to other sites or directories, or forums, that's it.

3:  Write articles, post on YouTube, Create Ebay service-charge involved

4:  Newsletter - start getting those requests for a newsletter and run it once a month or once
     a week.  Keep the customer always informed.

5:  Change your content every month on your front page, can be something simple, as adding
     a line like Happy Halloween, or post your specials.

    1.  Making that computer last......

     a: Buy that can of air and clean the inside of your computer once a
         month.  Adds 20% to the life of your computer. $7.00 dollars a
          year.
 

                                     b:  Everyone knows clean those temporary files...Every day....Use
                                       ccleaner  it's very fast and easy. 25% added to life of PC.

                                     c:  Reboot your machine once every other day..this cleans out the
                                          memory and that means the processor - the brain,  doesn't have
                                          to work so hard - less wear and tear on the rest of the parts in
                                          the computer. 10% added life.  If your machine is slow reboot it
                                          several times in a row.

Windows Touch
New PC hardware combined with Windows 7 allow you to use your fingers to directly interact with the PC. New PCs support multiple fingers (two or more) so you can tap the screen, scroll, resize windows, pan and zoom.


Snapshop 
Really cool program I use all the time.  SnapShot is a no nonsense screengrabber or screenshot taker that allows you to grab your desktop, window, or any part of the screen and save it as JPG or PNG (all the usual popular formats are available) or send it straight to your favorite editor, for further editing. You can also send screen captures as an attachment with the build-in e-mail engine, or upload them via FTP. Other features include global hotkeys, automatically save screen captures, automatic filename generation and support for external editors.
