First run Disk clean up.  

 First press OK to check C: drive. 
Then Check mark everything except hibernation file cleaner,  compressed old files. Then ok and it will delete all files.

Disk Defrag Run once a month.
Click Start – Programs – Accessories – System Tools – Disk Defrag

 Run Ad-Aware  Very important Run at least once a week

Check for updates now.  Highlighted in yellow Make sure you are connected to the internet.  Follow instructions, if no update is available click ok.
